Please read the Customer Terms and Conditions carefully.  The following terms and conditions set out the rights and obligations of each of the Retail Customer, Institutional Customer, and Argo Digital Gold Ltd. (“Argo”) in respect of the Platform whereby Argo will provide the Retail Customer and/or Institutional Customer with the ability to purchase gold and provide various services related thereto. By clicking to accept these terms and conditions, the Retail Customer and/or Institutional Customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and any schedules hereto (together with the Application and the Privacy Policy, the “Terms and Conditions”), each as may be amended from time to time.
