What is Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)?
2FA is an extra layer of security that requires two different forms of identification to access your account. It combines something you know (like a password) with something you have (like your phone or email).
Why do we use 2FA?
We implement 2FA to:
- Enhance the security of your account
- Protect your assets from unauthorized access
- Reduce the risk of identity theft and fraud
What 2FA options do we offer?
We currently support three 2FA methods:
- SMS: A code sent to your registered mobile number
- Email: A code sent to your registered email address
- Password: Your account password as the second factor
What if I lose access to my 2FA method?
Contact our support team immediately. We have a secure process to verify your identity and restore access to your account.
Can I change my 2FA method?
Yes, you can change your 2FA method in your Security Settings at any time.
