Storage fees

Storage fees

How is my gold stored?

Your gold is securely held in institutional-grade storage vaults, utilizing industry best practices and advanced security measures to safeguard your valuable holdings.

How much are the storage fees?

For daily average holdings below $15,000, there is a monthly minimum fee of $1.50. For users with a daily average holding of $15,000 or more, we charge 0.12% per year for gold.

How are storage fees calculated?

Storage fees are calculated based on the average daily balance of your metal holdings multiplied by the storage rate of the precious metal. For example, a $100,000 holding of gold would cost $120 per year for storage.

When and how are storage fees billed?

Billing Frequency and Invoice: Storage fees are billed monthly, with an email invoice sent on the first day of each month for the previous month's fees.

Payment Method: Fees are automatically deducted from your cash balance on the 15th of the same month. If your cash account has insufficient funds, you will receive instructions to top up your balance.

Late Payment Consequences: If invoices are not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to liquidate precious metals in your account to cover the outstanding fees. To avoid this, ensure you have a sufficient balance in your cash account.

How can I view my invoice?
