How to Purchase :

3. Verify your address (ensure the address on your account matches the shipment address). 

4. To purchase metals, you'll need to pre-fund your cash wallet and have sufficient cash balance to meet the minimum purchase amount. (Link to Funding FAQs)

Shipping: Your metal is shipped via a secure, fully insured courier service. We use discreet packaging to ensure the safety of your precious metals during transit. You will be notified once your order is shipped and delivered.
